Dr. Liu won us over when he came in on the first appointment and sat next to my son on the exam table, asked his name, and spent the first part of the appointment building a bond with him while doing an exam. Then he came over to us and talked to us in a direct, layman way. He takes his time to think about the question before he just blurts out an answer. He has earned a special place in my families heart and he see both of my boys now. I really thank God for Dr. Liu.

Dr. Flasterstein
My expectations for my visit with Dr. Flasterstein were (1) Dr. competence/experience; (2) Dr. ability to connect/understand my child; and (3) Dr. ability to make the proper diagnosis and provide an effective treatment plan. All 3 of these were EXCEEDED during my visit and for me, all of my objectives were met. Wait time was long, however, I never expect caring, competent, highly-skilled doctors to have short wait times (especially this Dr. – he is booked solid for a reason and he takes as much time as necessary with the patient/parent regardless of his schedule, which I sincerely appreciated when it was my turn for my appt.). I also never had a bad experience or encounter with any of his staff. If you want a thorough exam by an experienced Dr., and, most importantly, care about obtaining a proper diagnosis for your child, I highly highly recommend Dr. Flasterstein.
Excellent bedside manner! Has an excellent demeanor and my son liked him as well. He put our sons needs first which was a huge plus. We had a great experience and we are happy to say we finally found our son a pediatric neurologist that we are happy with.
Dr. Farzam
Very good doctor goes over and above to help you get the answers you are looking for to help the kids and parents have piece of mind. It takes a little time on your first visit but it’s well worth the wait. Have patience. My son has done a 360 with Dr.Farzam’s help. We are having a great year. Thanks to him and his staff cause we parents don’t have patience all the time but they smile and say they understand and reassure you. Thank you very much from a mom that had a rough year last year.
